Do’s and Don’ts For Pig ‘N Fin
Vancouver Island Association for
Injured Motorcyclists would appreciate it if the following
rules and guidelines were kept in mind by one and all and above all
DO have a good time
NO PETS any size, for
any reason at all
NO MINORS without an
adult with them
PLEASE. NO hassles, no
excuses, no arguments . . . staff are only enforcing the rules.
THEY DON’T MAKE THEM OR CHANGE THEM!!
NO re-entry to the Coombs Rodeo Grounds without
your wrists bracelet which
MUST be worn on your LEFT wrist
Identification is REQUIRED at the gates for anyone that looks like a
minor!
PLEASE . . . NO campfires
NO glass containers out of individual
campsites
NO dumping of fuel, oil, or garbage
NO strolling around with open alcohol
(especially OBVIOUS alcohol)
NO ATTITUDES!
NO bikes to be ridden in the campsite
between 1:30 a.m. and 6:30 a.m.
ABSOLUTELY . . . NO HOT-DOGGING at the
campsite
PARENTS: NO minibike traffic in the
campsite.
Children ignoring this will have their minibike impounded
NO private golf carts or ATVs
Please keep the camping facilities clean, put garbage in containers.
When you leave, take
a few minutes to tidy up and leave your site clean. There will be a
‘cleanup’ group
working the grounds for the weekend. It may consist of adults and kids
who will be
wearing fluorescent vests. Please make it easy for them to keep the
grounds tidy by
putting your empties in the big wire cages designed for them. If you
don’t want your
empty cans and bottles, these kids DO, and will, pick them up and take
them away
Check out the ‘Quiet Zone’ camping – quiet, and low-key after 10:00 p.m.
Or the ‘Twilight Zone’ camping – just right for those who stay up until
the sun comes up!!
GATES are CLOSED AT MIDNIGHT
